We are looking for Customer Service/Retention Representatives to provide excellent service to our Safety Alert Center's valued customers. We provide medical alert units for seniors and are looking for positive candidates with phone/computer experience in customer service.
This role is not available for remote work
Main job duties -
- Take incoming calls from customers of Safety Alert Center
- Provide information regarding service, payment terms and proper usage of medical alert unit
- Field cancellation requests with an attempt to retain the customer
- Provide technical assistance/troubleshooting for the medical alert units
Required skills
- Must have strong customer service skills focused on conflict de-escalation and resolution
- Must be computer proficient
- Ability to proficiently operate multiple programs to achieve dept goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel
Scheduling
- Monday through Friday 9am EST to 5pm EST
- Onsite in Virginia Beach, VA
