Description:
About The Role

We’re now seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team at our Carole Park site. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage customer orders, enquiries, and complaints, while coordinating call and delivery schedules across State and National Business Units.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. Availability required between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Handle inbound customer calls
Maintain customer call/delivery schedules
Receive, log, and process customer complaints
Provide sales support for the field sales team
Maintain and manage data, including customer information relating to CRM

Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in customer service or administration, preferably with data processing and call center exposure
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a professional approach
Strong geographical knowledge of Australia
