Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibility will be to working with our technicians to ensure they have the most current information available to efficiently and efficiently complete their work that the customers receive their devices in a consistent and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and information.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Work with Microsoft 365
- Read Rxs
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
- Ability to analyze situations critically and provide effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
