Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Take customer orders accurately over the phone and in person.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Upsell additional products and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Perform data entry tasks related to order processing and customer information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and sales techniques is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
