Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Scope of Work:

Respond to customer emails (orders, returns, refunds, queries)
Track orders and coordinate with logistics when needed
Ensure timely, friendly communication that reflects our brand
Work during USA time zone (8-hour shift)

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in customer service
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and email
Must have a stable internet connection and their own laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
