Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Scope of Work:
- Respond to customer emails (orders, returns, refunds, queries)
- Track orders and coordinate with logistics when needed
- Ensure timely, friendly communication that reflects our brand
- Work during USA time zone (8-hour shift)
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and email
- Must have a stable internet connection and their own laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
