Huntwood Custom Cabinets is seeking an Customer Service Representative for its Liberty Lake, WA location.

This position is a general customer service position supporting the various functions of the department as well as the initiation and administration of specific tasks, reports, and projects as needed. Candidates for consideration will serve as a first line of response for customers, dealers and independent representatives when they contact the company requesting assistance regarding services, parts or product information.

The ideal candidate must have;

• Ability to work well independently and as a team in a small office environment.
• A pleasant demeanor over the phone or in person.
• Demonstrated ability to confidently & politely diffuse any negative circumstances by converting them into a positive outcome.
• Most have the ability to conduct comprehensive research with keen attention to detail
• Must be detail oriented and like to work in an office environment.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and be willing to interact with a variety of personalities and people from diverse backgrounds.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent attendance record and good work ethic; Required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively and professionally communicate: Required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Excel; Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
