Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, onboarding new customers, scheduling/routing service and repairs, billing for repairs, resolving issues in a timely manner, and more. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Pool industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle outbound calling for follow-ups.
- Scheduling repairs using our software system.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Onboarding new customers.
- Invoicing customers for completed repairs.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting additional products or services when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with G Suite (Google Chat, Drive, etc) a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
