Your Role:

• Customer Support – Provide fast and professional assistance via phone, live chat (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.), and social media.
• Order Management – Process orders, update shipping status, and handle returns & refunds smoothly.
• Product Expertise – Gain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products to offer personalized recommendations.
• Customer Records – Maintain clear and organized logs of inquiries and solutions for seamless follow-ups.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing & Logistics to enhance the customer experience.
• Marketing & Engagement – Support fan campaigns, promote events, and manage after-sales interactions to boost customer satisfaction, store ratings, and key performance metrics.

• Passionate and has basic knowledge about beauty & wellness
• Good Mandarin & English skills (spoken & written)
• Friendly & problem-solving mindset
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule (weekends & rotating shifts)
