Description:
The Role:
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic customer service specialist to join our Customer Operations team. The role of Customer Service Support - HCP offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and build a strong relationship with key stakeholders. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Banyo, Brisbane. Hours are 8am to 5pm (from May to September) then 7am to 4pm (from October to April) due to daylight savings. Flexible work options will be available after a suitable training is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound new HCP and NDIS customer referrals
• Answer calls from HCP and NDIS customers
• Provide accurate information about how the Lite n' Easy HCP and NDIS programs work
• Show empathy for people needing support and encouragement
• Support the HCP and NDIS Specialist team

About You:

• 2-5 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
• Able to complete NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Able to complete NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Be flexible and adaptable to change
• Candidates with specialty retail or hospitality experience will be well regarded
