Job Title: Customer Support Executive Of ERP Software

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (10 Mins Walking From Station)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Fixed Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Role:
We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive role. In this role, you will help our existing customers with their queries related to our software, accounting, and GST.
Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls from customers
- Help customers with queries related to software, basic accounting, and GST
- Provide clear solutions and stay helpful on calls
Requirements / Who Can Apply:
- Freshers or up to 3 years experience
- Basic computer, accounting and GST knowledge
- Good communication skills & comfortable talking to customers
