Job Title - Customer Support Executive
Experience - 6months to 2 years
Location - HSR Layout. Bangalore
Languages - Hindi. Kannada. English
Gender - Only Females
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our interior design services.
2. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Build rapport with potential clients and understand their interior design requirements.
4. Provide information about our services and solutions to potential clients.
5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales performance.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Basic knowledge of interior design concepts (desirable).
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
