Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance incentives

Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives with strong English communication skills and a customer-first approach. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates looking for a stable night-shift job with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Deliver professional, polite, and accurate responses
- Resolve customer issues and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Prior customer support experience is a plus (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift
