Shift: Fixed Night Shift | Monday to Friday
Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance incentives

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with strong English communication skills and a customer-first approach. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates looking for a stable night-shift job with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
  • Deliver professional, polite, and accurate responses
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure proper follow-up
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Any Graduate or Undergraduate
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus (freshers welcome)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a fixed night shift
