Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our English Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach.
- Record customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
