Required 1 female for Assistant team lead or senior customer care executive
Must have Previous Experience in BPO
Experience needed more than 4 years in calling
Handle Senior calls and escalation
Handle floor on absent of TL or manager
Good in excel and report making
Good in grievance handling
Should be good in English and communication wise.
Flexible Shift timing :- 8am to 8pm. 9 Hrs completion
Working days 6
1 Rotational week off
Salary range : Upto 25K in hand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
