Job Description

  • Handle new and existing customer inquiries received from platforms such as IndiaMART and JustDial.
  • Record all inquiries accurately in a Google Sheet and update them on time.
  • Follow up with customers in an orderly manner to understand their requirements.
  • Send quotations to customers on time and follow up until the order is closed.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Track customer feedback, issues, and follow-ups until closure.
  • Maintain weekly records of total orders, completed orders, and pending orders.
  • Work towards achieving monthly targets for new inquiries and order conversions.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate - Minimum 2 years Experience Must
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and email communication.
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a structured manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
