Job Description:

We are hiring for a high-priority project focused on contact centre operations for a US-based clientele. We are seeking high-quality candidates for a leading service provider. This is a work-from-office role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, webchats, and emails with US-based candidates to screen them for hiring requirements.
• Record the outcome of all communications accurately.
• Be flexible to switch between different activities and roles within the project.
• Support a US client and follow their holiday schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory, and all educational documents must be available.
• Candidates with prior experience must provide a complete EPFO history from every previous company for background verification. Form 16 is not acceptable as proof of employment.
• Must have excellent communication skills, with a minimum rating of 9/10.
• No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) and excellent pronunciation are mandatory.
• Must clear the Versant test with a minimum score of 58%. Only one attempt is permitted.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US Shift timings, varying between 5 PM IST and 7 AM IST).
• Must be flexible to work 6 days a week as per business needs. The work week is rotational (e.g., Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Wed-Sun).
• This is a mandatory work-from-office position.
• Only candidates who can join immediately or have a notice period of 7 days or less will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: The monthly CTC ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate's relevant experience and interview performance.
• Transport: A cab facility is available for both pickup and drop-off within a 30 KM radius.
• Performance Incentive: An incentive of ₹5,000 per month is available for resources who meet the performance criteria.
• The incentive will not be provided during the training period.
• To be eligible, employees must remain active with the project until its end date (December 15, 2025) with satisfactory performance.
• More than two days of absenteeism in a month make an employee ineligible for the incentive for that month.
• The incentive amount will be released after the employee has submitted their company laptop to the supplier.
• Night Shift Allowance: No night shift allowances are provided.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
