Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Customer Support Associate to join our team. The role involves supporting our clients by finding potential leads, managing customer queries, and ensuring their requirements are met effectively. If you have good communication skills in English and a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you to kickstart your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation on behalf of our customers through various platforms.
- Understand and ensure customer requirements are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to close customer requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and leads in the database.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and following up consistently.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and requirement closures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
