Job Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads by strictly following company SOPs
• Handle customer objections using effective rebuttal techniques
• Make outbound calls to identify and convert potential leads
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product scripts and rebuttals to improve lead conversion

Job Details:

• Designation: Process Associate
• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive daily incentive plan

Work Schedule:

• Fixed US Night Shift
• Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year (preferred)
