As Data-Driven Marketing Specialist reporting to Head of Data-Driven Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing personalised, targeted, and impactful TVNZ+ marcomms across email, mobile push notifications, in-app notifications, and Meta and TikTok Ads platforms.

You'll leverage rich viewing data to optimise outcomes for our business and connect audiences to the content they'll love. And you'll create assets that bring our shows, movies, sport, and news to life, optimised for multiple channels including SEM, direct and social.

This is fixed term contract for 12 months.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for

• A comprehensive understanding of digital channels and track record of delivery.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about TV shows, movies, sport, and the entertainment and pop culture landscape.
• Extensive, hands-on experience executing targeted direct marketing campaigns through a Marketing Automation platform such as Adobe or Braze.
• 5+ years in media industry and/or marketing experience.
• Comfortable using dynamic elements and conditional logic in templates to deliver personalisation.
• Excellent copywriting skills across different digital channels.
• Proficient in Photoshop / Canva (resizing imagery and creating assets using templates), with basic video editing using Adobe Suite also beneficial.
• Thorough working knowledge of social platforms - particularly TikTok and Meta Creator Studio and Ads Manager.
• Great personal organisation and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• An active interest in emerging tools and technologies such as GenAI.
