Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various systems to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent typing speed, and experience working with databases and office software. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization where precision and attention to detail are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data into company databases and ERP systems with high accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Collect, verify, and analyze data to ensure completeness and correctness
- Assist with data collection tasks for various projects and reports
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Support administrative tasks related to data management and record keeping
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows
Skills
- Proven office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working with databases and ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed (minimum 40 WPM)
- Solid understanding of data entry procedures, clerical practices, and filing systems
- Good computer skills including familiarity with data collection tools and software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.95-$30.16 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
