Data Entry Executive – Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Location: Near Raghukul Market, Ring Road, Surat, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry accurately in MS Excel and company software
• Enter and update sales, purchase, stock, and business records
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and data files
• Check entered data for accuracy and correct basic errors
• Maintain proper records, documents, and files
• Assist the accounts and office team with routine data-related and documentation tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Perform basic back office and computer operator activities as required

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good typing speed with accuracy
• Basic knowledge of record keeping and documentation
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and maintain accurate data
• Basic understanding of sales, purchase, and stock data is an advantage

• Fresher – 1 Year Experience can apply
• Candidates with basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills are welcome
