Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to maintain accurate records, manage data, and perform day-to-day data entry and documentation tasks. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and databases.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Check and correct data discrepancies whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect and update relevant information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required skills & Qualification
- Minimum qualification graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
