Delivery Lead

As our Delivery Lead, you'll be joining us at the start of a large technology transformation, where you will take a leading role in helping shape the future of our business. Working within our Agile framework, you'll bring fresh perspective and an innovative approach to 'how' and 'when' for delivery within each sprint, while also ensuring projects are on track.

What a day might look like

• You'll be accountable for leading the squads that will be owning the full end to end delivery plan for change, technology and business workstreams.
• Responsible for ensuring feature and story delivery aligns to sprint and quarterly planning.
• You'll be building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that collaboration and open communication is fostered.
• Coach and lead best practices across technology, ensuring that that stories are estimated as accurately as possible.
• You'll be working closely with Vendors based both on-site and over-seas and responsible for managing the over-arching end to end plan.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a cross-functional Agile Delivery Lead role, delivering IT solutions.
• Experience managing and working with vendors to implement cloud software solutions.
• A proven track record of leading, motivating and inspiring high performing teams.
• Excellent Delivery Lead experience with leading multiple workstreams on-shore and off-shore.
• A strong understanding of Agile principals and methodologies to understand where alignment with the established pragmatic delivery framework is required.
• Solid experience using management tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence and as well as project management tools.
