Demolition Laborer – Inground Pool Company

Pay: $19 – $21 per hour (based on experience)

Buff City Pools is seeking a Demolition Laborer to join our team! This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work, this is a great opportunity to grow in the pool construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with demolition of concrete decks and existing pool structures
• Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow directions from team leads and supervisors
• Adhere to all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
• Comfortable working with tools and physical labor
• Must be able to follow safety protocols at all times
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
