Join the Monarch Dentistry Team!
We are looking for exceptional team members to join our Brantford location! The ideal candidates for our clinic are enthusiastic multi-taskers who value teamwork and strive to provide outstanding care to our valued patients.
Responsibilities:
- Support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials.
- Assist dentists during procedures by passing instruments and materials.
- Disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments.
- Update and maintain patient dental records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide support to dentists and staff as needed, including backup for reception duties when required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
- Successful completion of a Dental Assisting Certificate is preferred.
- Level 2 and HARP certification required.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse patient needs.
- Experience with dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
