Your Impact as a Leader (Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Champion an exceptional patient experience, from the first call to the completion of treatment.
- Drive practice growth by managing budgets, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements.
- Serve as the key communication link between our patients and dental professionals.
- Proactively manage conflict resolution and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.
What You'll Bring to the Team (Qualifications):
- Required: 5+ years of experience in a dental administration role.
- Required: A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership and management experience within a dental office.
- Crucially, this experience must be from a dental practice within North America.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing practice budgets and KPIs.
- A talent for organization, time management, and creative problem-solving.
- Bonus Points for: Proficiency with TRACKER Dental Software and extensive experience in Treatment Coordination.
