Location: Sutherland, Saskatoon
Hours: Monday–Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Fridays | 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
When: Immediate Start

Packham Avenue Dental is a busy, locally owned, patient-focused dental clinic in Sutherland, Saskatoon, and we’re looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide excellent front-desk customer service
• Schedule and confirm appointments (phone/email)
• Maintain patient accounts, records, and insurance information
• Submit insurance claims and prepare/send patient bills
• Take patient payments and perform basic accounting tasks
• Assist patients with intake and medical forms
• Manage and organize specialist referrals
• Ensure the reception area remains professional and welcoming
• Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of dental reception experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and dental software (Abeldent is an asset)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bookkeeping or healthcare admin experience considered an asset
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
