The Team & Role

As our Dental Team Leader, you’ll step into a leadership role that blends clinical excellence with people‑focused management - guiding a multidisciplinary team while providing high‑quality clinical care and oral health promotion.

In this role, you’ll lead with emotional intelligence, foster collaboration, and support a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll mentor emerging clinicians, coordinate care for vulnerable and complex clients, and contribute to service enhancement through data insights, quality improvement activities, and confident decision‑making.

We understand the importance of balance, our team is genuinely family‑friendly, supportive, and offers flexible working arrangements, with the role worked across Wednesdays plus one additional day per week (Monday, Thursday or Friday).
