Position Overview

Unicress ApS is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support the development, coordination, and execution of design projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational abilities with a passion for visual communication, product presentation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities from concept development to final delivery
• Collaborate with marketing, production, sales, and external suppliers to ensure brand consistency
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, presentations, and project timelines
• Support the creation of marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and product visuals
• Ensure all designs meet company standards, deadlines, and customer expectations
• Organize feedback rounds and communicate revisions with internal teams and designers
• Manage artwork files, design archives, and version control
• Assist in planning product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a design coordination or creative support role preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
