Job Summary:

As an Audio & Video Collaboration Engineer, you will engage in a wide variety of challenging projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the project's scope and deliverables, covering areas from unified communications design to the implementation and deployment of voice, contact center, and video technologies.

This role focuses on Cisco, MTR, Crestron and Pexip based solutions with on-site client support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform physical installation, labeling, patching, configuration, and programming of meeting room equipment, such as large screens, projectors, PCs, video conference systems, Teams room, Cisco codecs, etc. Interpret AV room wiring diagrams and ensure devices are accessible to remote AV teams after installation.

· Install Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco video room solutions.

· Conduct hardware testing and update documentation following installations. Ensure tasks such as adding AV rooms to MS Teams/Outlook, updating SAP/DRM systems, Inventory and tagging assets in Active Directory are completed before marking the activity as finished.

· Manage and administer standard applications and device monitoring portals.

· Oversee the installation and decommissioning of meeting room equipment for roll-out projects.

· Manage the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of meeting room equipment.

· Handle cold spare management and logistics of equipment for both onshore and offshore locations.

Required Technology Experience:

· Microsoft Teams Room

· Cisco TelePresence endpoints (MXP, C-series - EX/E/SX/MX, CTS)

· Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)

· Cisco TelePresence Codecs

Essential Skills:

· Strong customer-facing, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent documentation capabilities.

Language skills:

· Technical English and Norwegian (written and spoken)

· Fluent Norwegian
