- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining an optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Set up and manage Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Plan and manage social media content and posting schedules.
- Design basic marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with clients.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and overall performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream)
- Digital Marketing Certification is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are also welcome.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Practical Assessment
- Create a Meta Lead Generation Campaign with a ₹1,000/day budget.
- Design one social media creative.
- Explain ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CPL.
- Demonstrate the Meta Pixel setup process.
- Share previous campaign results or portfolio (if available).
Pay: ₹10,223.79 - ₹34,054.99 per month
