Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to drive online growth, optimize marketing campaigns, and increase user engagement. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, performance marketing, social media management, email marketing, and analytics to enhance our brand visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & Content Strategy:

o Improve organic search rankings and drive traffic using on-page and off-page SEO.

o Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.

• Performance Marketing:

o Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms).

o Optimize CPC, CPA, and ROI for performance marketing campaigns.

o A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.

• Social Media Marketing:

o Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement.

o Create compelling posts, run paid promotions, and manage influencer collaborations.

• Analytics & Conversion Optimization:

o Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics,or similar tools.

o Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve customer journey and sales.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, Amazon SES).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms .
• Proven track record of driving traffic and conversions through digital channels.
• Ability to work independently and drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the book/eCommerce industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML , is a bonus.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
