Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist / Assistant Manager (Client Servicing & Performance Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist / Assistant Manager who can independently manage multiple client accounts while driving measurable marketing results.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Client Communication, with the ability to manage 15–20 clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of 15–20 client accounts.
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand business goals and create digital marketing strategies accordingly.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Manage SEO activities including:
• On-Page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Keyword Research
• Content Planning
• Off-Page Strategy
• Create and optimize campaigns on:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan and review social media content calendars.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and SEO executives.
• Present monthly reports and insights to clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of all client commitments.
• Suggest innovative marketing ideas and growth opportunities.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Social Media Marketing
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Excellent client servicing and account management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and reporting.
• Experience with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
