We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Duty Manager to join our team and help lead day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage staff schedules, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor financial performance, including cash handling, daily sales reporting, and budget adherence.
  • Drive staff training and development to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement new initiatives and promotions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, staff scheduling, and health & safety compliance.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building guest relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
