Role Profile
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and creative eCommerce and Marketing Coordinator to join a friendly, hardworking team with a passion for shoes and eCommerce. You’ll be a pivotal member of our marketing and product team, tasked with bringing our products to life. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and digital marketing skills to ensure the seamless operation of e-commerce campaigns and drive sales through online channels.
Salary: Commensurate to experience.
Location: Head Office - Finglas, Dublin, CO. Dublin, with travel required to stores and shoot locations. (Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work (required).
Job Type: Full-time.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Job Description
Social Media
- Creating, scheduling and posting content on social media.
- Creating and curating engaging content for social media channels (images, videos, graphics, copy, etc.).
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to engage with the online community.
- Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, follows) and suggest improvements for increasing audience interaction.
- Coordinate social media promotions, contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations to boost brand awareness.
General Content
- Deliver online promotional and product launch campaigns that differentiate us from the competition.
- Plan, schedule and execute eCommerce promotions in line with the trading calendar
- eMail marketing - creation and execution of our campaigns.
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Mobile, etc).
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers & videographers on product enrichment.
- Create engaging landing pages and optimise SEO, PPC, and social & blog content.
Online Merchandising
- Assist in merchandising on the website by creating and maintaining sorting rules by categorisation.
- Seasonal category merchandising of products.
- Support ongoing website maintenance and development. Test website functionality when new features are released to ensure our clients have a positive UX.
- Work alongside third parties to enrich product data & drive concession sales.
Marketing & Customer Experience
- Support omnichannel marketing strategy in line with companywide marketing calendar.
- Support all marketing material creation for stores & online.
- Support Customer Service calls & emails where necessary.
- Maintenance of the company reviews on Trustpilot, Facebook, and Instagram.
About you
- Ideally, 2+ years of relevant eCommerce experience (with a passion for social media) in a similar role, preferably in a fashion / retail environment.
- Online copywriting experience essential.
- Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking attitude with a solution-focused approach and comfortable working on own initiative.
- Highly creative individual, who stays up to date with current social media trends and can translate these into engaging, on-brand content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Operational experience with eCommerce platforms, Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, META for Business and Photoshop.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing would be an advantage.
- A degree in eCommerce, marketing, business, or media is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word (document creation), Excel (data analysis, reports), and PowerPoint (presentations).
- An E-commerce Platform, Social Media & Email Marketing Tools.
· Soft Skills
- Communication: Strong writing and speaking skills for content creation and customer engagement.
- Organisation & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams like design, content, and sales.
This role offers a great opportunity for an aspiring digital marketer to gain hands-on experience in both e-commerce and social media marketing, with the chance to work on creative fashion campaigns and track performance metrics to drive growth for the business.

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
