Content Coordinator

Part of Grafton Group Plc, Chadwicks Group is the market leader in the builder’s merchanting industry in the Republic of Ireland. Main brands include Chadwicks, Cork Builders Providers, Panelling Centre, Davies, Telfords, Sitetech, Proline, Heiton Steel, Sam Hire and HSS Hire Ireland.



Principle Objective

The Content Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and customer-centric presentation of product data across Chadwicks Group’s digital platforms. This role supports both internal teams and external suppliers, driving data quality and optimising the user experience.



Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks daily
  • Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with AI generative enrichment tools and eCommerce platforms (Desirable)
  • Previous exposure to software and systems testing (Desirable)
  • Experience with MS Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

General day to day administration tasks to include:
  • Manage Product Data
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of product data in the PIM system
  • Review, approve, and maintain data quality, including manual entry and AI enrichment.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Support
  • Onboard and support suppliers through data enrichment processes
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and internal teams to maintain standards and resolve issues.
  • System & Process Oversight
  • Test software upgrades and manage external support relationships including support ticketing.
  • Develop and enforce policies for data submission, handling, and security.
  • Customer Experience & Reporting
  • Publish product data with a customer-centric focus.
  • Act as point of contact for data accuracy issues and deliver monthly performance reports.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data validation.

Contract Type
