Our client, an IT Managed Service Provider, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and assist the wider executive team. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The EA will act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across executive functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier executive and administrative support, anticipating needs and ensuring executives have the necessary information and resources.
- Manage executive team schedules, emails, and calls while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive enquiries, demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.
- Assist in preparing reports, strategic documents, and annual business plans.
- Coordinate leadership and strategic meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, presentations, and logistics.
- Ensure invoices are accurately coded, authorised, and processed according to financial procedures.
- Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation in line with company policies.
Attributes & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing executive support to senior leaders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in administration, business management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build relationships at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and other Microsoft applications.
- Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage fluctuating workloads.
