Calendar & Travel Management
- Manage schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
- Ensure optimal time utilization and proactive conflict resolution
Communication & Correspondence
- Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD / CEO
Project Coordination & Follow-ups
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare status updates and dashboards for ongoing projects
Information Management & Research
- Maintain confidential records and retrieve relevant data for decision-making
- Conduct research and compile briefing notes for meetings and presentations
- Conduct Cold Calls with Potential Clients and seek Appointments
- Conduct Market Study as required
Meeting Support
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
- Ensure action items are documented and followed through
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the MD / CEO professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and vendors
- Support relationship-building efforts across the organization
Office & Administrative Oversight
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Assist in event planning, internal communications, and special projects
Travel
- Accompany the MD / CEO for meetings as and where required
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Female Candidate with 3+ years of experience supporting Senior Executives, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or service industries
- Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Communications; MBA preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a proactive mindset
- Only Candidates willing to Travel Extensively as and when required to apply
