Calendar & Travel Management

  • Manage schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
  • Ensure optimal time utilization and proactive conflict resolution

Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, reports, and presentations
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD / CEO

Project Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare status updates and dashboards for ongoing projects

Information Management & Research

  • Maintain confidential records and retrieve relevant data for decision-making
  • Conduct research and compile briefing notes for meetings and presentations
  • Conduct Cold Calls with Potential Clients and seek Appointments
  • Conduct Market Study as required

Meeting Support

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
  • Ensure action items are documented and followed through

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent the MD / CEO professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Support relationship-building efforts across the organization

Office & Administrative Oversight

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations
  • Assist in event planning, internal communications, and special projects

Travel

  • Accompany the MD / CEO for meetings as and where required

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Female Candidate with 3+ years of experience supporting Senior Executives, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or service industries
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Communications; MBA preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a proactive mindset
  • Only Candidates willing to Travel Extensively as and when required to apply

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
