Part- Time, Full time and Casual Barista

Job Description
We are seeking a to hire experienced Barista's for mid week work in a fast-paced environment in various locations around Dublin City.

You'll be expected to adapt to different work settings, as our company places you in various locations based on demand. We’re looking for some with strong Barista experience who is able to multitask by also working the till, while showing initiative and flexibility.

These are day time roles, typically 7/8 am to 3/4 pm so please ensure you can work these hours before applying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
• Stay calm and efficient under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages.
• Multitask and perform various tasks, including operating the till and maintaining store cleanliness
• Adhere to Food Safety and hygiene regulations
• Follow management direction across different environments
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance for every shift
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively address them

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 of barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Working Experience with full barista machines; latte art skills are a must, just having a barista course training will not be enough for this role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Valid work visa
• Flexibility with working hours, shifts, and locations
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently

Hours:

• Part-time, Casual and Full- time work available, Please note as this is an agency placement working hours can vary weekly.
• Shifts typically between 7/8am-3/4pm, but subject to change based on client needs

Location:

• Candidates must be based in Ireland and eligible to work full-time
• Ability to adapt and work in different environments as required
