Job Description
PattyMac Inc. has over 15 years’ experience as builders of luxury homes, cottages and boathouses in Muskoka, and we stand behind every one of them. We are seeking for a qualified painter with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, with strong work ethics, good teamwork skills and leadership experience.
Painter Responsibilities:
· Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding surfaces; repair cracks and holes; applying paint, wallpaper and other materials; and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
· Inspect work to ensure standards are met
· Ability to work independently and with others
Painter Requirements:
· High school diploma
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience interior and exterior painting
· Clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel to job sites within the Muskoka area
· Reliable communication device (including data)
· Knowledge of standard practices, methods, material and painting equipment (experience spraying is an asset)
· Knowledge of various surface materials
· Caulking experience
· Working at heights training; if applicable
· Own transportation
· Comfortable working at heights
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $25.00-$30.00/hour
