Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and Bill of Lading.
Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and overseas clients for documentation and shipment updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, sales) for smooth shipment execution.
Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and file systematically for future reference.
Monitor export shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and submission of required documents.
Handle discrepancies or issues related to export documentation promptly and effectively.
Stay updated on international trade policies, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
