What this job involves:

Join our FM Operations team as a Facilities Administrator supporting a client property portfolio onsite in Burnley. You'll manage day-to-day operations across owned and leased premises whilst ensuring performance and compliance standards are met, with exposure to vendor management, asset management and health & safety compliance.

A snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management - Support team induction processes, manage statutory audits in Corrigo, coordinate audit findings, and assist with vendor invoice allocation
  • Vendor Management - Analyse contract transition data, maintain asset registers and tagging, and support vendor compliance monitoring
  • Health & Safety - Implement JLL CMO platform audit outcomes, monitor vendor compliance with JLL Onsite requirements, and coordinate annual property certifications
  • Operations Support - Identify issues proactively, escalate to senior management with solutions, and collaborate with Operations Director on stakeholder engagement

We're seeking a proactive professional with solid facilities management foundations and strong business acumen. You'll combine technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills to drive operational excellence across our diverse property portfolio.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Business or other related field OR experience in Facilities, Property Management, Hospitality or related field.
  • Understanding of OH&S requirements, vendor management and contract basics
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint abilities with budget management experience
  • Excellent communication, self-motivated, adaptable and reliable team player
