FACILITIES COORDINATOR
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible with the day-to-day implementation of company policies and procedures that ensure a well-maintained facility (ies) both interior and exterior. This position coordinates the activities and vendors required for current and future needs of the building.
- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility(ies) including custodial, safety and general maintenance, are implemented and carried out.
- Maintain project lists, notes and updates for senior management regarding all corporate facilities and any assigned off-site requests.
- Complete property walks (on and off-site) in order to ensure facilities are maintained and recommend areas/issues that should be addressed. Follow-up on all projects through completion.
- Manage maintenance contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis and are bid out as required; verify that invoices match contract pricing and that all back up has been provided.
- Ensure that all site-specific documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time, including: Emergency Procedures Manual, Janitorial Log, Vendor Certificates of Insurance, and other reports and documentation, as required.
- Assist in support of special events planned by others.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in facility operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
- Requires some early morning, evening and weekend meetings.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
- The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Facilities maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
- Forklift: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- OSHA 10 (Preferred)

- Lake Bluff, IL 60044 (Required)
