What you will do
We are seeking a Facilities Document Controller to join our facilities team based in Dublin. This is an exciting role for an ambitious person to join our team. This role is to assist the Facilities manager across the campus
How you will do it
- Coordinate planned and reactive works for both hard & soft services.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders on a regular basis regarding general operations within the campus
- Liaise with suppliers, retrieve reports from completed works
- Manage the organisational CMMS system for internal operational requests including asset management
- Assist the FM with Implementing and managing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives
- Assist with managing EHS minimize risks, comply with regulations, and promote a culture of safety
- Assist with managing EHS management systems
What we look for
- Ability to work in the office in Dublin 12 five days per week
- FM & EHS experience
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Can-do attitude and team player
- Excellent IT and organisational Skills
