Pembr are seeking a reliable and experienced Facilities Handyman to join our Facilities Team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep, safety and smooth running of our business. If you are a hands-on problem solver with a wide range of repair and maintenance skills, we would love to hear from you.
Your Role Will Include:
Driving and maintaining a company van (Category B driving licence required).
Performing general maintenance and light repairs within our buildings including plumbing(unclogging drains, replacing taps), electrical(replacing lightbulbs), and carpentry(fitting shelves, assembling cabinets).
Maintaining tools and equipment.
Repairing equipment and appliances as needed.
Conducting general building cleaning duties, ensuring buildings are safe, clean and well-maintained at all times.
Responding to assigned and emergency tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting with office setups, furniture assembly, loading, unloading, and moving office furniture.
Ensuring deadlines are realistic and consistently met.
We are Looking for Someone Who Is:
Proven to be experienced in a handyman, maintenance or similar role.
Precise, punctual, and detail-oriented.
A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
An excellent communicator and active listener.
Capable of working independently and collaborating within a team.
Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment.
Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment and materials.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: €41,600 – €52,000 per annum, depending on experience
Generous Time Off: 23 days Annual Leave, including paid day off for your birthday
