We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Handyman on an AS NEEDED BASIS to support the upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Operate diagnostic instruments to identify issues accurately.
• Assist with facilities maintenance including painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks to uphold property standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while performing all duties.

Skills

• Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical testing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English across diverse teams.
