Overview
We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Handyman on an AS NEEDED BASIS to support the upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment by ensuring that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are functioning optimally. The Maintenance Handyman will play a vital role in maintaining safety standards, enhancing facility performance, and providing excellent service across residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Operate diagnostic instruments to identify issues accurately.
Assist with facilities maintenance including painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks to uphold property standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while performing all duties.

Skills

Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical testing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English across diverse teams.
