MGMT Residential seeks a professional facilities technician to join its growing team. The facilities technician is a responsible and reliable team player who is adaptable and has a desire to grow and evolve with MGMT. Facilities technicians support the construction and property management team by performing light maintenance work, groundskeeping, and a wide range of interior and exterior cleaning activities to maintain a portfolio of multifamily rental communities, job sites, apartment turnovers and building openings. The facilities technician must be able to work independently but also within a team, completing tasks diligently and efficiently. Specifically, Facilities Technicians are expected to:

• Perform light maintenance work
• Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, window washing, wall scrubbing, surface cleaning and waxing floors
• Clean unoccupied apartment kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms for building openings and turnovers
• Maintain in-use multi-family building common areas
• Maintain clean and organized property grounds, including both interior common spaces and exterior spaces, to upkeep a building’s street appeal
• Perform snow removal and salting during winter weather events, including being available, if needed, during after-hours winter events
• Complete tasks as assigned efficiently, with diligence and minimal oversight
• Demonstrate adaptability
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proficient English language skills
• High school degree or equivalent from an accredited institution

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience with multi-family residential preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
