Salary: €34,060 base + €6,812 shift allowance (€17.00 + €3.40 shift premium per hour)
Hours: 40 hours per week (rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm with two 30-minute paid breaks)

About the Role

Bostik is looking for a motivated Factory Operative to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our products, working within a collaborative team environment.

You’ll be working across a variety of manufacturing and filling processes, ensuring that production targets and customer expectations are met to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing and filling lines to a high standard
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental policies
• Produce, mix, and package products across a wide range of SKUs
• Carry out manual and automated filling, bagging, and mixing processes
• Monitor equipment performance and carry out basic fault-finding
• Conduct quality checks and support testing processes
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards (“clean as you go”)
• Assist with machine maintenance (e.g. greasing, filter cleaning)
• Operate a forklift/reach truck to move and store materials
• Work collaboratively across site teams (H&S, Maintenance, OEE, HR)

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong work ethic and organisational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• High attention to detail

Desirable:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence
