We are looking for Decent looking, Educated, Confident female candidate as a Receptionist. Deserving candidates may immediately apply for this Job.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting clients and creating a positive work environment.
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and redirecting calls to respective offices.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
- Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
- Preparing outgoing items such as envelopes or package.
- Performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need.
- Maintaining Client Records.
- Candidate should have Tele Calling skills.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information to callers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
