Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage daily retail market visits, generate orders, conduct market surveys, and build strong relationships with retailers. This role requires extensive fieldwork, consistent market coverage, and the ability to meet daily sales and visit targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Market Visits
- Visit a minimum of 50 retail outlets per day within the assigned area
- Ensure proper route planning and regular market coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and shop owners
2. Sales & Order Generation
- Promote company products to retail outlets
- Collect orders and ensure timely follow-up for delivery
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
3. Market Survey & Feedback Collection
- Conduct daily market surveys to understand:
- Product demand
- Stock availability
- Competitor products and pricing
- New product requirements
- Share daily market feedback with the reporting manager
4. Retailer Relationship Management
- Address basic retailer concerns related to pricing, delivery, or schemes
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders
- Maintain long-term business relationships with retailers
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily visit reports and order details
- Maintain accurate records of sales, surveys, and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal sales and logistics teams
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in field sales (retail/FMCG preferred)
- Ability to manage high-volume daily field visits
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of retail operations
- Market awareness and competitor analysis ability
- Physically fit and comfortable with daily travel
Experience & Qualification
- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred
- Freshers with strong interest in field sales are welcome to apply
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
